Strategic Consulting

Transport and its affiliated industries are among the most sophisticated and demanding users of Clean Power's technology. Our customers require broader and deeper capabilities that allow the commercialisation of the CESAR technology. Clean Power uniquely couples technical and management consulting, allowing us to address strategic issues with CESAR product implementation greatly reducing carbon dioxide emissions and significant increased fuel efficiency.

Clean Power project engineers can talk you through the CESAR alternate method of heat recovery and how it can be strategically implemented into your existing or new equipment.  We are always excited to work with new clients, so please contact the Newhaven Technical Centre on + 44 (0)1273 516013 to talk about how we can help you.

Technical Support

Our support team can help with any technical issues of implementation of CESAR technology into your systems.

Developing a Design test strategy for either a new product or an existing one is a complex task. Add to this the inevitable time constraints placed on programs and the effects of delays further down stream, the right strategy is vital. We are experienced in the design of engineering plans and the development of test schedules, through our expertise in collecting the right data from our clients.  Our engineers are skilled in using the appropriate testing techniques at each stage of the development cycle and therefore are able to design a coherent development strategy. We have worked for many years with the majority of automotive equipment manufacturers and are well placed to advise on the suitability for CESAR technology. We offer a comprehensive strategy development service and can help you at any stage of your development process.

  • Combined experience of over 100 years in the Transport Research, Engineering, Test and Development sector.
  • Managed the development and implementation of the quality control system ISO 17025.
  • The unique ability to design and build control equipment for all forms of CESAR equipment development.
  • The ability to design and execute component simulations through our understanding of Fatigue analysis / system kinematics / dynamics / fluid dynamics.
  • In-depth understanding of electronic process control, system integration and analysis.

In addition to the technical and commercial expertise related to the CESAR technology, the intrinsic engineering and management skills required to take the CESAR principle from scientific concept to market application are ideally applicable to a very wide range of engineering projects. Clean Power has state-of-the-art CAD/CAE 3D modelling facilities together with prototype machining and assembly shops. The Company also has comprehensive vehicle test rigs and component and system fatigue test rigs that can be environmentally conditioned if required.
